At present, the domestic market demand for high-end special steel forging and rolling materials dominated by 3 tons of electroslag ingots is growing rapidly, and the domestic high-end 3 tons of protective atmosphere electroslag furnace smelting capacity is seriously insufficient, restricting the development of domestic related industries and markets. It is urgent to upgrade the existing domestic production capacity.

At the early stage of Panchangte’s project, Shanghai Xinlanhai conducted detailed inspections and preparations in advance, and conducted in-depth technical exchanges with customers. Due to adequate preparations, the main equipment manufacturing was started in September last year. During the period, in order to ensure the progress of the project and ensure the quality of the project, the project team focused on the core technical difficulties, organized an expert group to jointly tackle key problems, and concentrated on researching and solving specific problems in construction. Through the implementation of the “Nissin System” project to ensure that the day is completed and completed. By accelerating the construction of on-site public and auxiliary facilities and refining the project implementation network on a daily basis, conditions have been created for the overall installation of the equipment, so that the overall project progress is always ahead of the target node. The two electroslag furnaces were manufactured in advance in November and December last year. Completed and shipped to the installation site.

Due to the full preparations made by the project team in the early stage and orderly on-site management, the project was fully controlled in important aspects such as investment, progress, quality, safety, and environmental protection. It only took 6 months from construction to completion and production. Time, timely supplemented Panchang Special’s production capacity for high-end special steel, and won the opportunity for customers to seize the high-end special material market.
