On the occasion of ending the old year and welcoming the New Year, XinLanhai held the 2022 Annual work summary conference in Shanghai. This conference is the summary and reflection of the 2022 work, but also the strategic deployment of the 2023 work.
At the meeting, Chaoming Liu, the CEO of XinLanhai, made a speech first. He praised the unity, perseverance and courage of Xinlanhai’s staff in 2022, affirmed the company's achievements, and encouraged everyone to seize the opportunity and strive for success in the New Year and continue to create brilliance.
Subsequently, each department summarized and reported the completion of the work in 2022, and made a series of assumptions and plans for the work in 2023. After carefully listening to the report, the leaders made comments on each employee's report one by one. While fully affirming the work achievements of the employees, they also put forward targeted directions and suggestions for future efforts based on the actual development needs of each department.
